Literally worst place I've ever eaten at in my life, not only that it took 3 hours to deliver 2 poutines. How hard it is to deep fry some potatoes and slap gravy and cheese on them?

Couldn't even eat it all...

I'm sure this place would be great if they didn't disconnect the phones. Called every 5 minutes for over an hour until I finally gave up. It doesn't help that the rare times I do get through, employee's are super rude and have no idea what's even in their store. We need something better than this trash of a store.

Usually open till 3 am. The perfect place if you're looking for a late night snack. One of the best poutines in timmins! With an assortment of other chip stand type menu items.

Ordered a poutine, 6 wings and a hotdog, waited over an hour on a monday evening. After an hour i called to see if it was coming and was told any minute. It never showed!!!

Workers who answer phone (WHEN THEY DO, very rare) don't listen to your order very well, never get exactly what we order. Not very friendly at all either. Fries not pealed well and uncooked. Never forks or sauce for food in bag. Only ordered because it was the only place open, forever disappointed.

Been going here since I was a little kid. Love it. Good prices with fast service and great food.

Food was very good but could use less toppings and gravy I got the tin tin and we'll yeah waaaay to much hamburger meat and the taco poutine they out in a plastic bag because it's so greasy... Good deals and food just needs to be made better... Train the staff properly yes young kids are cheaper to pay but they suck ass at cooking and don't care how the food looks or tastes as long as they are getting paid

Took an hour and a half to even get started on my food and when I finally got it the poutine was good but the delivery guy scammed me $5. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! If you are paying with the machine and you see a cash back amount on there QUESTION IT! He told me it was a screwed up way of a delivery charge and when I looked at the receipt later on I realized the delivery charge was built into the bill and he took another $5 tip in way of cash back on top of the tip I gave him.

Terrible place, smells horrible! Didn't even want to give it one star!!

Marble cheese curd poutine is the bomb

I tried calling 3 different times and everytime on the other line he would just respond "Hello" rather rudely and then hang up, after the 4th time he finally said "Chez Nous" and took my order rather rudely, as if they just didnt want anyone to call. The food is always amazing but I find I always get served rudely on the phone.

If I could rate it less I would've because they unhook the phones so noone can call when I've been trying and trying for 20 + minutes. How has this place not shut down, they legit have the worst customer service in the world. Gordan Ramsey would have burnt the place down already js..

Great place to always ensure you can grab your munchies and mix with no line. Everyone has had that epic night out following poutine from Chez nous.

It was ok. The washrooms could be cleaner. Friendly staff.

If I could give a multiple negative rating, I would.I have been a fan of Chez Nous Poutine since the early 90's...I'm a world traveler who's come back to Timmins after many years...TWICE now I have ordered and it hasn't actually showed up.Does that happen anywhere else on this planet????? No accountability, nothing....who ever is running this business/drivers/customer service...YOU NEED TO FIND ANOTHER JOB.Anywhere else and you would be out of business in no time!!!!!!!!!!!

delivery times are the worst. called multiple times for over half an hour and their lines are always busy.

I Ordered a large poutine and a Coke at 1:29am. Tried calling them at 2:45am because I had not yet received my food. Got the user busy message after calling over 10 times in a span of 15 minutes so the worker clearly left the phone off the hook because they don’t want to take orders. I never got my food. I waited 1.5hrs.....

Its cheap poutine to get very late at night. Its not the best but its by far not the worst poutine you'll ever have around Timmins.

If it's deep fried and not a burger, it's great for late night bites to eat.

Home of poutine decent food wish they still were opened 24hours but now they close at 2:30

My absolute favorite place to get poutine. I usually get the family size. Great value, taste and service!

ONLY place in Canada for Poutine. And I've been across this country. The BEST!! I don't care what anyone says!

Ordered deep fried pickles with RANCH. They forgot the ranch and said they would bring some back but they never did. Disappointed

Service is extremely bad. I only ordered a small poutine and while on the phone I was on hold for over 10 minites. And then if that’s not bad and annoying enough the staff was being stupid and it took over 2 hours for it to get here. The delivery guy went to the wrong house and then instead of calling my number or anything they decide to not do anything so I had to call back after waiting for a bit over an hour to tell them I did not get my order. After calling for the second time the guy said it would still be another 30 to 40 minutes. The staff needs to pay attention to the costumers and be better at their jobs.

This is my first review and I had the need to share with you guys my experience! I called them to order food and it took them 45 min to get back to me to tell me there’s no pulled pork, so I ordered something else and 45 min later I call them back to check on my food and they still haven’t even processed my order....and then it took them 2 hours to tell me I’m not getting any food! WORST PLACE EVER

I swear they unhook the phone its a hassle to order from just got put on hold three times for a poutine. Food is great but rude employees and a dirty kitchen only reason we order is cause its open. Someone else in town please open up later!

Food is amazing! Have had some issues with delivery over the years (long waits, or missing food...and line is often busy during peak hours, understandably, so hard to rectify the issues in good time)...food makes up for those issues!Update: I changed this from a 4 star to a 1 star...my cousin found a staple in her poutine; they staple the bags shut and the receipt on the bag...but I took both containers out and threw out the bag before we removed the lids from the container...so it didn't come from our bag. So gross!
